How to Apply

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@keobin.com.
2. Include your order number, product model, and purchase channel (e.g., keobin.com, Amazon).
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and explain the available coverage options.

What Extended Coverage May Include

• Manufacturing defects under normal use conditions
• Electrical or component failures not caused by misuse
• Repair or replacement support for eligible issues

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental damage, drops, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Products without valid proof of purchase
• Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
