Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location, carrier, weather, and inventory availability.
Where do orders ship from?
KeoBin ships from local warehouses in the United States. Some orders with multiple items may ship separately from different U.S. warehouse locations.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders may ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, LaserShip/OnTrac, or another suitable carrier depending on the product, warehouse, and delivery address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or public mailboxes. Please use a complete street address at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. If the order has already shipped, cancellation or address changes may not be possible.
Product & Setup
Do I need a fog machine?
A fog machine is not required, but it can make laser beams and 3D animation effects much more visible. Without fog or haze, you will still see patterns, color movement, and animation effects on walls, ceilings, and surfaces.
How do I set up my KeoBin light?
Most KeoBin lights are plug-and-play. Connect power, choose a mode such as Auto, Sound Activated, Remote, Master/Slave, or DMX512 if supported, then adjust placement for the room. Always follow the user manual included with your product.
What control modes are supported?
Control modes vary by model. Many KeoBin party lights support Auto, Sound Activated, DMX512, Master/Slave, Remote Control, or app control. Check the product page or manual for your exact model.
Can I use the lights outside?
Most KeoBin DJ lights and laser party lights are designed for indoor use unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Do not expose indoor lights to rain, standing water, or extreme outdoor conditions.
How much area do the lights cover?
Coverage depends on the model, mounting height, room size, wall color, fog or haze, and the effect mode. For best results, place the light above eye level and aim it across the room or toward a clear wall or ceiling.
Troubleshooting
My light will not turn on.
Check that the power cable is fully connected, the outlet works, and the switch or power button is on. If the issue continues, contact us with your order number, product model, and a short video of the problem.
Sound mode is not reacting to music.
Sound mode works best with louder, bass-heavy music. Try moving the light closer to the speaker, increasing the music volume, and checking whether the product has a sound sensitivity setting.
The remote is not working.
Replace the batteries, remove any plastic battery tab, and make sure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the receiver on the light.
My light makes a soft motor sound. Is that normal?
Some party lights use motors, fans, scanners, or rotating parts. A light hum or movement sound can be normal during operation. If the sound is unusually loud or the light stops working, contact support.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Eligible items purchased directly from keobin.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, complete, and in original packaging. Please review our Returns & Refunds page before sending anything back.
Where should I send a return?
Please contact KeoBin customer service before returning any product. Return addresses may vary by product, warehouse, and order location. We will provide the correct return address after your return request is approved.
What does the warranty cover?
KeoBin products include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty for eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
Can I extend my warranty?
Some products may be eligible for warranty extension options. Visit our Warranty Extension page or contact us to check eligibility.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the package and damaged item. We will help review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.
