Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
KeoBin ships from local warehouses in the United States. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, or other select destinations may depend on the item and may require additional shipping fees. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Fees
Available shipping options and fees are shown at checkout. Promotional free shipping, if offered, applies only to the locations and order conditions stated on the product page or checkout page.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Estimated U.S. delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier, weather, and inventory availability.
Pre-order or out-of-stock items may take longer. If there is a meaningful delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Address Requirements
Please enter a complete street address in English, including recipient name, street number, city, state, ZIP code, country, email address, and phone number. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or public mailboxes.
Carriers and Tracking
Orders may ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, LaserShip/OnTrac, or another suitable carrier depending on the product, warehouse, and delivery address.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different U.S. warehouse locations. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at marketing@keobin.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution where appropriate.
Address Changes and Refused Delivery
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unavailable recipient, reshipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
International Duties and Taxes
For any shipment outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
