KeoBin provides a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty for eligible products, plus lifetime technical support. This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty Period

The warranty period starts on the delivery date for purchases made directly from keobin.com, or on the purchase date shown on a valid receipt from an authorized seller.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from operating as intended under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

Products without valid proof of purchase
Lost or stolen products
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, improper operation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, water exposure, or extreme conditions
Normal wear and tear
Consumable parts or cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Purchases from unauthorized resellers
Non-quality-related issues after the return window has expired

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email marketing@keobin.com with your order number, proof of purchase, product model, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem. We may ask for troubleshooting information before approving a repair, replacement, or refund.

Replacement and Inspection

Some warranty claims may require the product to be returned for inspection. If a replacement is issued, the replacement follows the remaining warranty period of the original product, unless required otherwise by law.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

KeoBin may cover shipping for confirmed quality-related defects within the eligible warranty period. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for non-quality issues, unauthorized returns, international returns, or items found to be working normally after inspection.
