Currency

Prices on keobin.com are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. KeoBin does not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Order Confirmation

After payment is completed, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at marketing@keobin.com.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your billing details, contact your bank, or try another payment method. KeoBin cannot approve or override a declined payment from your card issuer or payment provider.
