We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If something is not right, contact us at marketing@keobin.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from keobin.com.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, parts, gifts, and original packaging must be included.
- The product must be packed safely inside an outer shipping box. Do not use the product box alone as the shipping box.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, is required.
Used, damaged, modified, incomplete, or improperly packaged returns may be refused or may receive a reduced refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email marketing@keobin.com with your order number and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions and the approved return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it with tracking.
- Send us the tracking number so we can follow the return.
Return Address
Please contact KeoBin customer service before returning any product. Return addresses may vary by product, warehouse, and order location. We will provide the correct return address after your return request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to personal reasons, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error, we will help arrange a solution and cover eligible return shipping costs where appropriate.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 3 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, we usually recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement.
Items Purchased from Other Sellers
If you purchased from Amazon, Walmart, another marketplace, or an authorized dealer, please follow that seller's return process first. You may still contact us for product support.
